PoolPay is a simple, cash-free payment system designed for pool halls, pubs, and clubs.
Instead of hunting for coins, players use our PayStation to choose a table, pay with a contactless card or mobile wallet, and start playing straight away.
It’s easy for players, and even easier for venues. Less hassle, more games.
How it works
Ball Release Module
Players purchase how many games they want to play on the PayStation. The games available appear on the display attached to the pool table. The player presses the Play button on the table and the balls are released ready for racking.
Light Control Module
Players buy a set number of minutes of playtime on the table they choose. The PayStation activates the lights above the selected table for the chosen duration.
Set Your Own Pricing
With PoolPay you are no longer restricted by the value of a coin. Whether it is in games or minutes, you are in control of the pricing. Add incentives to encourage a higher average spend.
Per game or by time, PoolPay is the payment solution for all pool and snooker venues.
